If the Chargers move to Chula Vista there will be more than one happy homeowner.
Think about this for a moment. In San Diego County, there are more foreclosures in the South Bay area than any other San Diego County area. The Chargers are considering a move to Chula Vista, which lies within the South Bay area. When that happens, more businesses will want to move to the area, which means more people will want to move to the area, which means...you get the picture. Personally, I'm all for the move within San Diego County. The Chargers leaving means less tourism, less desire to live in San Diego, smaller demand for housing, lower prices. I'm sure you'll agree that we need external forces that will help improve the housing market in San Diego; not more negatives. |
